Nationals tie Nationals 4-4

The Nats tied each other in the first intrasquad game (no extra innings, I guess) and the Washington Times Mark Zuckerman ties the Washington Post’s Barry Svrluga on blog post titles covering the same game. The recurring theme is that the hitters are unusually ahead of the pitchers so far. Given that it’s been reported that the position players reported in better shape than usual for spring training, maybe that’s really a good sign? Nothing usual about this spring training so far!
