Elijah Dukes is Super-Human

(Sorry new guy, Ben!) I would really like to see this:

Dukes has started to take batting practice while running on a treadmill to test his leg.

That’s gotta be hard! I’m visually trying to imagine it – the placement of the treadmill in relation to the pitching machine… If only I were talented with Photoshop!

Ok, seriously, Dukes starts his rehab stint with Potomac against the Frederick Keys today. The 2:00 game is an away one, so no chance to zip down to Woodbridge to catch it, but you can listen online.

Don’t Forget! If you’re going to tonight’s big Nats game and plan on parking at RFK, don’t forget to use Lot 7 instead of 8 as there’s a United game tonight.
