Discarded Peanut Shells: I used to love Friday Night Lights
May 1, 2008
But now after seeing Buzz Bissinger stereotype and attack blogs, I don’t think I’ll ever watch it again! Nah, I’m reasonable and can separate the show from the writer. I mean, if they ever air anymore episodes. (Warning: video has strong language).
King Kaufman is awesome.
Former Nationals are getting cut left and right around the league. Brad Wilkerson is the latest victim.
Brian Schneider has been released from the hospital after a staph infection in his thumb. Whew.
Shawn Hill had his best outing of the season since returning from the DL with eight innings of one run ball in a 12 inning game.
Wil Nieves is still the lucky charm! I thought he was nuts still trying to bunt with two strikes, but it worked! He even got on base. Nats win 3-2 after Felipe Lopez gets a redo chance and atones for grounding into double play in the 10th by hitting a long fly ball to score the winning run in the 12th.
My new camera has arrived!! Wow, I have about 8 hours to figure out all the new buttons and menu settings.

He wrote the book not the show! The show is written by the guy who directed The Kingdom.
KEEP WATCHING THE SHOW.

Ha! Andrew! Yeah, I realized that a couple hours after posting and didn’t have a chance to come correct myself. See, I am a dumb blogger ;-)
