Now the Nationals are showing big screen (really big) late night movies too! First it was me (movies and baseball on the barn), then MASN, The Yards, et al. started Wednesday night baseball-themed movies. Now the Nationals will be showing movies after Saturday night games beginning tomorrow. I think the Nats win the “biggest screen” contest hands down. Since tomorrow is baseball 101 and comes with a pair of tix to that night’s Orioles/Nationals game, I think I’ll stick around for at least some of the movie.

Fans will be allowed to move to the lower seating bowl for the movie, but not into the PNC Diamond Club or Lexus Presidents Club seats. Some concessions will remain open on the third base side and the Nats Express buses will continue running until the completion of the movie. After tomorrow’s movie (title of which I’ve forgotten) the next movie-after-a-game will be July 12th. The movies start 15 minutes after the game ends.

If the game ends later than 10:45 PM, the movie will be canceled.

REMINDER: First “Baseball On The Barn” of this season is next Saturday, July 5th. Bring fireworks!
