Nominated are Zim for “Moments” for his great Walkoff HR on Opening Night at Nationals Park, and Willie Harris for a super catch in the “Play” category.

Yesterday, I received the link from a FONZ (Friend of Our Nationals’ Zim) Carolyn who is trying to get out the vote through her message she posted on Facebook! Inspired by this, I went to the link and noticed you can vote seemingly an unlimited amount of times. As I have stated before, I thought Zim should have won the 2007 Gold Glove and in my humble opinion should have been the 2006 NL Rookie of the Year (sorry Hanley) and there is nobody more deserving for the 2008 TYIB “Moments” than Ryan Zimmerman.

So impressed by great grassroots elections, have you seen what the Redskins are doing for Pro Bowl voting with ads and street signs:
