Spring is in the air!

Can you smell it? All it takes is a little imagination and visualization (lucky for me since I have a cold). Freshly mowed grass, the chatter of players reuniting and meeting new additions, the crack of bats (on golf balls?), healthy optimism… Media converging on growing Viera, Florida for the annual spring ritual. Fans flocking down to catch players in between the fields and the batting cage for autographs. Can’t wait to get there in two weeks! Unfortunately, that’s well after games begin, so I probably won’t get any cool videos, but we’ll see what happens.

Yep, time to get excited!

I’m really pulling for Nick Johnson and Shawn Hill to come back this season.
