Jordan Zimmermann gave the largest dose of hope since Strasburg was diagnosed as requiring Tommy John surgery throughout his performance last night. He pitched practically flawlessly for six innings, facing the minimum of 18 batters, striking out nine, walking none and only allowing one hit. Bryce Harper is taking batting practice at Nats Park as we speak, prior to his introductory press conference. Sadly, I'm not there with my camera! But by the sounds of it, he's popping balls out of the park and definitely giving fans something positive to look forward to!
