Manny Acta was the reader of honor at Kimball Elementary in SE DC for the RIF (Reading is Fundamental) program (www.rif.org) on May 19, 2009. He read Clifford Goes To Washington and then talked and read with children and the school's baseball team (Cheetahs) as the children chose books.
