I dunno - that's how I felt last season about Rauch when Cordero went on the bereavement list. Then Rauch blew up a few games - and I think it can go either way with both of them. Tonight went really well, thank goodness!

I think the numbers show that Chad probably is a little more effective than Jon ... but Rauch looks much calmer on the mound. Chad sometimes looks nervous and that makes me nervous.
I'd definitely like to have Chad back ASAP.

I have loads of confidence in Rauch. The problem with Chad out is simply that it disrupts and puts too much of a load on everybody else in the bullpen. Rauch if I'm not mistaken has led the majors in appearances over the past 2 seasons but Manny isn't using him as often now that he's saving him to close the close games.

Honestly, my stomach hurts less with Jon in there than Chad. Sad but true.
