Packed up in Dos Picos County Park for last day in San Diego before finishing the trek home. But first, a night on the beach!
Oceanside is the best and probably my favorite stop in the Southern California area. It’s one of the rare places I keep returning to. There are two parallel parking sites at the end of the parking lot, and I felt I really scored when someone left and I managed to snag one for the night. My slider opened straight onto the sandy beach! (Which of course brings inevitable sand into the van, but it sweeps out pretty easily)
