Visiting KT’s step-dad in Tahoe has definitely become our standard when heading to/from California for points east and north. Vacation time arrived and we were bound for Yellowstone.
I found us a place along a canal with roaming cows near Elko, NV – although it geotagged it as Carlin, NV. The most notable feature was the swarm of the largest crickets I have ever seen hopping on the ground.
