Yessssss!!! I learned back porting propane through the accessory quick-connect was possible, thanks to TOWB. It took several trips to Ace, Tractor Supply, the other Ace, back to Tractor Supply, ordering from Amazon and then discovering the fitting I needed still attached to an old regulator that had blown out that I had removed and never threw away. We have propane! Just in the nick of time (getting into low 30s in a couple days and the water heater manages lukewarm on electric when it’s that cold out). Plus, we were running power on a long 110v extension cord, which wouldn’t handle the power draw well. I’m so proud of myself 😀 Meanwhile, a replacement part for the wiped out panel should be on its way so we can go back to the onboard propane system eventually. I also need to have a hose custom made, but the RV place told me where to have that done.
I felt self-conscious about the naked mannequin, so put some clothes on her more appropriate for the cooler weather.
Rather than drag the remaining yard debris to the street, we started having joint bonfires with the neighbors to burn the remaining. Things we learned: bamboo explodes and palm tree logs don’t burn very well.
