I attended my 30th HS reunion in Northern Illinois and had a nice visit with my mom and brothers while we street camped in front of my mom’s house. As long as you register the license plate with the county, you’re golden.
I was starting to remember who I was as a person and begin to see a more holistic self-view of myself, dropping the “work view”. Through connecting with the past and lifelong friends and family, I was realizing I was a good person who had made great relationships throughout her life. KT (my husband) was extremely worried about me, but I believe around this time, the healing process began.
It looks like we had dropped off our daughter’s ex-boyfriend’s gaming chair in Chicago (shown on the back hitch carrier before) and were now on our way back west toward California.
