We walked Riley in the morning, as usual. The canal housed a pretty neat steamboat, but apparently I didn’t take a picture of it.
We continued on, stopping at the Tillamook Cheese Factory in Tillamook, OR. I can never pass up the opportunity for fresh squeaky cheese curds. We toured the factory and loaded up on cheese and curds before continuing on.
We eventually arrived in Seaside, Oregon and checked into our campground. I was closely tracking the weather back in Florida as Hurricane Ian was barreling toward the Gulf coast, but so far predicted to land south of the kids. They were not making any plans to evacuate.
